I received a bill after my routine dental cleaning that did not appear to accurately reflect the service received. I emailed the office to obtain a little more information to better understand my bill. Staff provided additional records, which was appreciated. I then asked for a copy of my x-rays as well. The response was one sentence: “settle up your balance.” Once I reminded Kathy that it was illegal to withhold a patient’s medical records pending payment, she suddenly changed her tune and sent the x-rays. The following day, I received an email telling me that my next appointment was cancelled. I’m extremely taken aback that politely inquiring about my bill was met with such unprofessional conduct and ultimately pushing me out as a patient. This behavior makes me think they have something to hide when it comes to their billing practices. Very shady.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Lo for over a decade now and I cannot say enough good things. They have consistently put me at ease and have been very considerate of my dental anxiety. I appreciate their gentle approach and compassion. I am grateful for a doctor I can trust. The staff is great and has always been easy to work with, especially Denise! The office is clean, comfortable, and accessable. Highly recommend.

I had a very pleasurable and comfortable experience with the dentist and his entire crew. I had to travel some distance from Portland Oregon, and was extremely anxious and nervous the entire time. The dentist and his beautiful staff made me feel completely at ease and were 100% professional. Thank you very much.
